eh, not exactly. I already know about this functionaility in the mod tool. As far as my knowledge goes it cannot export custom shaders made in the node shader in xsi to directX files.
Thanks anyways. This may help other people.

There is a node shader that you can use. It's called Mental Mill and it is destributed with Nvidia Fx Composer 2. You should try it out if you want to mess with shaders without getting your hands wet with shader code.
