    A Terrain question...

       What is the best way to implement a 3D environment that is based almost solely on jumping between platforms? (I am doing this for learning purposes)

       Can anyone experience give me some advice on what websites/books that I should look at?

       All information is greatly appreciated.

    You want to use general meshes, and a mesh collision detection system. Pretty much any 3D game book will mention those topics. However, if you're trying with XNA, perhaps start with an XNA focused book.
