Racing Checkpoints

    I need a two very simple models..

    A checkpoint that looks like ones from the Racing Game starter kit.  As well as a finish line

    I tried rendering the models he used but to no avail.

     

    Any help or links would be great!!

    Has anyone used the banners from the racing example with success.. that would help me out too.
