Free monster character animated model

I can't get it to load and animate for the life of me. Model works fine but using the skinning sample I can't get it to work. Any help?

 

do you get any errors when trying to load it with the skinning sample?
i tried the model and the x file from the package didn't work because it had too many bones for the skinning sample.
but after loading it into 3dsmax and exporting as fbx it finally played well in the skinning sample.
